Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: April 2026
Shoes for the Dolls uses affiliate links. When you click a βShopβ button and make a purchase at the retailer's site, we may earn a small commission β at no extra cost to you. This is how we keep the lights on.
Which links are affiliate links?
Not every retailer in our catalogue has an affiliate programme, and of the ones that do, we're only enrolled in some. Links to retailers we partner with are affiliate links; links to retailers we don't partner with go through a fallback service (Skimlinks) that may convert a link into an affiliate link if the retailer has a public programme. Direct links to retailers with no programme earn us nothing.
Assume any outbound link on this site may be an affiliate link. If you prefer not to use affiliate links, you can always navigate to the retailer directly in your browser.
Does this affect what we show you?
No. Commission rates do not influence which shoes appear in search results, how products are sorted, or which retailers show first for a given shoe. When a shoe is available at multiple retailers, we show the cheapest in-stock listing first β regardless of whether that retailer is an affiliate partner.
We also don't accept payment from retailers to feature specific products. The catalogue is curated based on whether a retailer carries extended sizes in feminine styles, full stop.
Discount codes
Some retailers provide discount codes that we display on shoe pages. Using these codes doesn't change our commission β we get paid the same whether you use the code or not. You're welcome to search for better codes elsewhere; we don't claim ours are always the best.
FTC compliance
This disclosure is provided in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR, Part 255: Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.
